An elegant vintage screen print of Jeffrey Edwards work 'Plagiarism' (1983), which is signed to the rear. A great example of Edwards deliberately simple, comic-book style, the restrained palette is pleasing. Jeffrey Edwards is a British artist born in London. He studied at Leeds College of Art (1964–67) and then at the Royal College of Art (1967–70), with his work held in the Tate and appearing at international exhibitions including the Venice Biennale in 1972, the Ljubljana Biennale of Graphic Arts in 1973, and 'New British Printmakers' at the Brooklyn Museum in 1974.
It is in good condition in its original frame, although there is some wear as you'd expect with a vintage piece.
