A teak Danish coffee table in incredible condition, with original cane under-shelf that is sturdy and strong. It is a beautiful piece with its gently curved top sitting on a slimmer under-shelf with intricate cane webbing. It is very similar in design to iconic mid-century coffee tables by Hans Wegner, Johannes Andersen, Kurt Östervig, and Peter Hvidt & Orla Molgaard-Nielsen. It does not have a maker's mark but is distinguished by expert design and construction.
It is in excellent vintage condition with wear and tear consistent with age, as you can see in the photos. I have lightly stripped, oiled, and waxed it for sale.
