An exquisite watercolour of an English river the painting is defined by its striking use of colour, with intersecting shades of green offset against the red of the distant bridge. Painted by the British artist Roy Freer (1938-2021) it is an evocative contemporary watercolour this is the perfect addition to a stylish home. Freer was born in Birmingham with his paintings appearing in Royal Academy summer exhibitions and in several individual shows.
